Frequently Asked Questions
What songs will Boyz II Men play in concert?
Boyz II Men has a pretty strict setlist with a rotating door of about 5-10 songs that seem to be traded out often. The group loves to close with “Motownphilly,” and does so whether in a 30 minute festival setting or on their own headlining club tour.
The group also brings out “On Bended Knee” early in the set, whether as the opener or the second tune for the evening. “Water Runs Dry” is another concert staple, often reserved for early in the set.
The above songs, as well as “I’ll Make Love to You” and “End of the Road” are quite common, so you can be confident they will show up. It is often the order that changes dramatically, but not necessarily the material itself.
The group does bring out a few rather unconventional and bizarre cover choices. They adore the classic blues/pop act Four Tops, and show their respect with not one but two covers of their material. This is “Reach out I’ll Be There” and “It’s the Same Old Song.”
The group embraces arena rock with a Journey cover, but it is not one of the common big Journey singles. It is actually the overlooked deeper album cut, “Open Arms.”
These choices are rather peculiar, but they make for a slightly safe set. Every intriguing and potentially polarizing cover choice is balanced out by a familiar Boyz II Men hit from the late 90’s or early 2000’s. The group does not represent their newer material very well at all, but this may have to do with the fact that the group’s last record of completely original material was in 2006. The group is geared towards covers considering 2007’s Motown was a collection of reimagined Motown classics, and 2009’s Love was a strict love song cover record.

What is this about a Las Vegas franchise?
Boyz II men will be part of a running series at the Mirage Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. The famous trio will play a laid-back set from May all the way through to October of 2014 and will play upwards of 14 shows each month.
This is not to say the group will not be touring intermittently throughout the year. 2014 does not mark a major tour for the group, and they will be confined to their arrangements in Las Vegas. Especially following the massive Package Tour in 2013 featuring a newly reacquainted New Kids on the Block and 98 Degrees, this is a welcomed change of pace.
Who is Boyz II Men’s publicist and press contact?
Boyz II Men collaborates with the Celebrity Talent Promotions Agency . Fill out the booking form on the company’s website or contact the company direct at bookings@celebritytalentpromotions.com.
How can I get access to presale tickets to Boyz II Men’s tour?
American Express is offering presale tickets for just about every single show on the 2014 tour. This includes their appearances in Las Vegas as the guest of honor for the months of July and August as well as some additional months in fall 2014.
A TicketMaster account is required for the actual purchase, and users need an American Express card on hand to gain access to the presale option.
Presale Password Info is an online directory for presale password for concerts and events. Boyz II Men is widely featured on the website, but users need an account with the service as well as TicketMaster to gain presale tickets.
Concert Reviews
“But then it comes. The three voices that had more or less traded off lead vocals all land together, and suddenly the sound is as recognizable as the lyric: “Can we go back to the days our love is strong?” As they sing “On Bended Knee,” you recognize two things really. The first is that Wanya Morris, Shawn Stockman and Nathan Morris are all strong singers individually, but become greater as the sum of their parts when they harmonize.” – Mike Weatherford of the Review Journal
“They closed their set with “Motownphilly,” settling any question of whether or not they still had any dance moves: they definitely do. It was fun to watch them get down. I hadn’t seem them together in at least a decade, and while I miss Michael, I thoroughly enjoyed their entire short set.” – Stacy Scales of Spinning Platters
“There’s no questioning the vocal power. Morris, Stockman and Morris expertly found the creative center that links romance and wholesomeness. Dressed in black slacks, white shirts, black vests and ties, the Boyz oozed gentlemanly class. Couple that with wooing tunes such as “On Bended Knee,” “Water Runs Dry,” “I’ll Make Love to You” and “End of the Road” — all of which got the ladies swooning — and you have the perfect recipe for a modern-day courtship even Mama would approve of.” – Mario Tarradell of Dallas News
