What songs will 311 play in concert?
311 are masters at reworking their setlist in a number of ways to get a different audience reaction each time. It really goes back to the style of their show and what fans expect. Because of their notorious live show batting average (100 a year and often more), the group keeps thing constantly evolving each night. It is difficult to find common themes in the setlist outside of their big singles which are the staples. Despite the string of singles, they do not make it into every set every night. “Down” is the most played track in their catalog. This is followed by their old-school punk jam “Applied Science” and the 90’s rock smash, “Beautiful Disaster.”
Aside from these three, the rest of the major singles are not present at every show. Downtrodden reggae ballad “Amber” is popular, yet not guaranteed. “All Mixed Up” may be a fan favorite, but it is not played live as often as fans would expect.
With that said, interesting deep cuts are commonly played. These include “Who’s Got the Herb?” and “Freeze Time.”
Part of the reason for excluding some of the big radio singles at some shows may have to do with breaking up the monotony. Furthermore, the band is so prolific in their touring, that fans almost expect them to come back and serve up a different set the following year.

Who is opening for 311 this year?
311 has been known to hand select some astounding opening bands that often went on to have fantastic careers in their own right (Incubus, No Doubt and Korn to name just a few).
311 is bringing out a whole army this time around, though not for all dates. Some opening acts include Five Finger Death Punch, SOJA, and Flobots.
Where can I find 311 presale tickets?
The official 311 website has a section known as the Artist Arena. The Artist Arena keeps presales up-to-date for all major 311 tours, and fans can register for an account with them to get access to presales.
For a more formal route, American Express card holders can go through the Amex platform. Live Nation is holding a presale in select markets. The password for St Louis and Chicago were both ‘priority’ (without the single quotes) so its a pretty safe bet they’ll be using this code at other stops along the tour.
