Tim McGraw’s Tour Schedule Packed with Dates

New dates for Tim McGraw’s massive tour of North America next year to support “Southern Voice,” his latest studio set, continue to roll out.

Since the last check, the country singer has added an additional four shows to the seven month tour, including a February 6 kick off concert in San Antonio, TX. Other added performances include Houston (3/8/10), Milwaukee (6/24/10), and Cadott, WI (6/25/10). The number of tour stops is currently up to 58 running through August of next year.

Lady Antebellum, a trio from Nashville, will be opening all of the shows. Additional support will come from The Lost Trailers from February into early April. Beginning on April 11 at the Orange Beach, AL show, the second opener will be Love and Theft.

In his press statement McGraw said, I am very excited having an opportunity to be out on the road again for next year’s Southern Voice tour and am looking forward to play old favorites and new songs for my fans. Additional information regarding on-sale general public dates and pre-sale tickets will be posted on McGraw’s website as the information becomes available.

McGraw’s new album, “Southern Voice” is his tenth collaboration with Byron Gallimore, producer, and his first effort in the studio since “Let It Go” in 2007. Late last month the new album hit the retailers.

“It’s a Business Doing Pleasure With You,” lead single for the album, peaked on the Billboard Hot Country Song chart at No. 13. The title track for the album was released during September as the set’s second single.
