The Jonas Brothers Back Together Again for Radio City Concert
After a three-year hiatus, the Jonas Brothers have announced that they are reuniting.
The three brothers will get together for a one-night-only concert at New York City’s Radio City Music Hall on October 11.
“The announcement is exciting, but at the same time, it’s the only known concert right now in the U.S. for the Jonas Brothers this year,” Kevin Jonas told E! News. “We’re trying to make it a big coming-home blowout.”
The group of brothers are also working on a new album they hope will be out before the end of the year.
“We are in the studio and we’re doing a lot of work right now just hoping for the best,” Kevin also told E! “The music is a change, it’s growing. It’s constantly changing and it’s kind of surprising how much we’re taking the journey of it all. I’m kind of excited.”
Fans attending the newly announced show can expect a mix of hits and live previews of upcoming songs.
Kevin Jonas has an upcoming reality show on the E! Network called “Married to Jonas,” which focuses on the relationship between him and his wife Dani. In other Jonas television news, brother Joe has a new competition reality show called “The Next” coming up on the CW network, and said that we might see the Jonas Brothers also appear together on that show.
“I think we’re going to try to make it happen towards the live episodes,” he said. “So if it works out schedule wise and the lining up of our music, absolutely.”
He also commented on working on the show alongside Gloria Estefan.
“It’s cool to be a part of the show, there are so many different artists a part of it, we all have so much respect for each other which is cool,” he told Just Jared. “Gloria Estefan is phenomenal, and you would never expect to know how much money that woman is worth because she is so down to earth.”
