The Cranberries Reunite for North American Tour

This fall the Cranberries will reunite once again after seven years for a month long North American tour.

The reunion tour, which was announced last month, will kick off in Baltimore on November 12, which will be followed by theater and club gigs in 17 major markets into early December.

The lineup for the group during the tour will include all of the four original members: Noel Hogan, Dolores O’Riordan, Fergal Lawler and Mike Hogan. According to the press release, the shows this fall will feature song performances from the solo work of O’Riordan, including her “No Baggage” released this August, as well as many hits from the band’s almost 10 year discography.

The press release also states that members of The Cranberries are writing new songs as well as a group, although there hasn’t been any announcement as to when an album might be released.

The band never did officially broke up. They met in January to play a set at Trinity College in Dublin to commemorate the naming of O’Riordan as an Honorary Patron for the Philosophical Society of Trinity. Their performance at Trinity was the first that the members of the band had seen one another since 2003.
