The Raveonettes have a new album ready for store shelves on October 6 entitled “In and Out of Control” and a slew of fall tour dates to go along with it. The 19-date road trip will start at Webster Hall in New York on October 14 and finish November 15 in Las Vegas.

Duo Sune Rose Wagner and Sharin Foo recorded their fourth studio album in native Denmark. Foo recently told AOL’s Spinner that “Control” marked the band’s “ultimate light album” in stark contrast to the last release “Lust Lust Lust.” Wagner commented that even though the mood is light, the lyrics have razor sharp bite. “There’s some evil stuff on there. There are issues about drugs and suicide and relationships and love … stuff that you may find annoying,” he said.

As a prelude to its road dates, the Raveonettes will hit the festival circuit participating in Lollapalooza on August 9 and Austin City Limits on October 3. Tickets for all dates are onsale now at Ticketmaster.
