Police Nab 46 at Korn Concert
The police cracked down on underage drug use and underage drinking among concertgoers at Holmdel’s PNC Bank Arts Center in New Jersey, and resulted in 46 arrests at Korn’s “Family Values Tour” on August 8.
New Jersey Star Ledger reported that most of the arrests involved underage drinking following a publicized recent focus on activity in the parking lot at the venue resulting in the arrest of 49 people at a Fall Out Boy show in June.
According to the police, sweeps were initiated following a May Gwen Stefani concert where 15 concert attendees, 13 of the concertgoers being minors, had to rushed to a hospital nearby to be treated for alcohol related ailments.
