Paul McCartney Prepares 2010 Arena Tour

Paul McCartney is cobbling together dates for his upcoming North American tour. He announced two stops last week and he’s released another two this week. Currently, things are slated to kick off with a double dose of McCartney in Glendale, Arizona on March 28-29 at Jobing.com Arena. The newly added shows are in Miami, Florida (4/3) and San Juan, Puerto Rico (4/5). Tickets go onsale to the general public via Ticketmaster on Sunday (2/28). The remaining 2010 tour dates are due to be released shortly according to Paul McCartney Tour.

On the upcoming tour, McCartney will be drawing material from his Beatles and Wings days as well as songs from his solo career. McCartney spent last summer touring the US including dates at Atlanta’s Piedmont Park, New York’s Citi Field and Coachella Music Festival. Rumors have been circulating that McCartney may be stopping at Chicago’s Wrigley Field on the 2010 tour.
