La Roux, the French/British pop-synth duo, has extended their headlining North American trek. It includes some additional July Lilith Fair appearances.

Ben Langmaid and Elly Jackson will be kicking their late spring leg off in Houston, TX on May 30. After a couple additional June shows, the duo will be returning in July for a San Diego, CA appearance on July 14, and then head out in the middle of the month to do six Lilith shows, starting at Tinley Park, IL on July 17. Their trek will wrap up with a string of headlining shows on the East Coast in late July as well as early August.

The self-titled debut album for La Roux was released last summer in Canada and the UK. In September it hit US stores. The album was self-produced and consists of 11 tracks including “Quicksand,” their debut single which appeared on radio in 2007, along with their surprise hit single “Bulletproof,” which in June topped the singles chart in the UK and in the US made its way to the top of the Billboard chart Hot Dance Club Play.

The album’s iTunes version includes two bonus tracks: “Saviour” and “Growing Pains.” On the MySpace page of La Roux, several cuts from their album are streaming as well as their “I’m Not Your Toy” video.

The pair last year received UK Mercury Prize nominations as well as two Europe MTV Awards for Best Push Artist and Best New Act.
