Kylie Minogue Tacks North American Stops onto World Tour
On Tuesday, pop singer Kylie Minogue announced dates for the singer’s forthcoming 2011 world tour “Aphrodite Live.”
The singer of “Can’t Get You Out of My Head” will kick off the tour’s North American leg on April 28 in Montreal and wrap up on May 22 with the final show in Las Vegas at Caesars Palace. The only scheduled date for Canada is the show in Montreal.
The last time Minogue had a North American tour was two years ago, which was her first. The Australian star is known for her high energy live shows. She promised her new show is going to take us all on a journey of euphoria, glamor, excitement and joy.
Minogue’s upcoming “Aphrodite Live Tour” is in support of “Aphrodite,” her eleventh album that was released last August. On January 14 pre-sale tickets will be going on sale for owners of American Express cards. On January 22 general show tickets will go on sale.
On February 19, Minogue, who over her career of 20 years has sold 60 million worldwide albums, will kick off her European shows in Denmark.
