And thus it was announced that KT Tunstall is touring North America this fall. The dates kick off on September 20 with a show at the Danforth Music Hall in Toronto, according to the announcement on the singer’s website. The tour then will continue through an October 17 show at the Rio Theatre in Vancouver. The Scottish songwriter best known for her hit “Suddenly I See” will be touring to support her fourth studio album, Invisible Empire // Crescent Moon, which was released on Monday in the U.K. and will be out in August in the U.S.

Between now and her North American dates, Tunstall will be on the road in Europe, starting with a slew of headlining dates throughout the last half of this month. On June 29, she will appear at the Glastonbury Festival, and then throughout July will perform at a handful of other U.K. festivals including Splendour Festival, Larmer Tree Festival, Wickerman Festival and Cambridge Folk Festival.

The new album is her first studio album since 2010’s Tiger Suit, which debuted in the top five of the U.K. album charts, and at number 43 on the U.S. charts. Her most successful album to date is her debut, Eye to the Telescope, which contains the aforementioned song “Suddenly I See,” as well as “Other Side of the World,” “Under the Weather” and “Another Place to Fall.” The album has sold more than 1 million copies in the U.S., and more than 4 million copies around the world.
