One fall nationwide tour, two pop entertainers with buttery voices. Are you down, baby? We are. One might say, down just like the economy is.
Today on EW.com Joe Jonas and Jean Sean, the R&B singer, exclusively revealed that they will be pairing up this fall for a co-headlining tour of 19 cities.
On September 6, the pair will be kicking their run off at House of Blues in Boston and continue their outing across North America. Along the way, they will be visiting major cities such as Los Angeles and Chicago.
Jonas, who yesterday turned 22 years old, will tour in support of “FastLife,” his debut album, which will be released on October 11. Jean Sean, who has delivered bouncy R&B jams such as “Down” and “Do You Remember” is prepared for “Freeze Time,” his fourth album, to be released.
The tour will wrap up on October 6 in New York , giving Jonas just enough time to say “hej dar” and hop on a play to Sweden where he will be joining Britney Spears on October 16 as part of Spears’ “Femme Fatale Tour” European leg.

Demi Lovato, Disney movie and TV star as well as teen pop singer, is dropping out of the Jonas Brothers tour of South America to deal with physical and medical issues.
According to a recent statement that Lovato representatives issued, this past weekend she took her leave from the tour. Some are reporting that before Lovato left she and a tour dancer had a physical altercation.
The statement said that Demi had decided to seek help and take responsibility personally for her actions. During these difficult times Demi along with her family are asking that her privacy be respected by the media. She regrets that she won’t be able to finish the tour, however she is looking forward in the very near future to returning to work.
Although the specific reason for Lovato seeking help was not addressed in the statement, a report from the Associated Press cited an anonymous source stating that the 18 year old has battled self mutilation issues and eating disorders.
Lovato, who previously was a prolific and popular Tweeter, on October 20 reportedly deleted her account on Twitter.
“Sonny With a Chance,” is the current show of Lovato’s on Disney channel. She also has two solo albums released and played a starring role in “Camp Rock.”
The Jonas Brothers, citing the recent violence due to drugs in the region, have canceled their scheduled October 21 show in Monterrey Mexico.
The band’s management issued a statement that said, although we want to apologize to everybody who was planning to attend the show, this tough decision was made with concern and great affection for our loyal fans from the region.
However the Jonas Brothers will not entirely bypass Mexico. Their October 23 show in Guadalajara and October 24 show in Mexico City are still scheduled to be performed.
This month, according to news reports, multiple grenade attacks have taken place inside the Monterrey region. In the worst attack, 14 people sustained injuries, eight of whom were children, when a grenades was thrown in a public square.
The Jonas Brothers are making alterations to the forthcoming tour “Jonas Brothers Live in Concert.” A few dates in the U.S. have been canceled and others have been added. A South American leg has also been added.
The pop teen superstars are kicking off the leg in North America in Chicago on August 7. The outing of two months include several two night runs, including August 16 and 17 in Holmdel, NJ, Mansfield, MA on August 25 and 26 and in Toronto on September 2 and 3. The U.S. and Canada tour will visit 25 cities and wrap up in Irvine, CA on September 19.
The new routing includes some dates that have been rescheduled and others that have been canceled. The canceled shows include Orlando on October 12 and Raleigh, NC on October 16. Ticket holders can receive refunds at their point of purchase.
The award winning band is heading over the border in October for three performances in Mexico, followed by several South American gigs.
According to a recent press release in upcoming weeks a European leg, which includes shows in Italy, Spain, France and the UK, will be announced.
“Jonas L.A” is being promoted by The Jonas Brothers. The set is a ten song Disney Channel series soundtrack of their first season of the series. It will be released on July 20. On August 10 the soundtrack “Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam” will be unveiled. The tour’s set list is also expected to includes songs from “Lines, Vines and Trying Times,” their chart-topping studio album from 2009.
Demi Lovato, label mate from Hollywood Records, will be joining the Jonas Brothers out on the road as a special guest along with “Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam” cast that includes Jordan Francis, Roshon Fegan, Anna Maria Perez de Tagle, Matthew “Mdot” Finley and Alyson Stoner.

This summer, The Jonas Brothers are teaming up with Demi Lovato, fellow Hollywood Records label mate, on a world tour. They are backing their latest movie on the Disney Channel, “Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam.”
Starting on July 27, the trek of three continents will start on the North American leg with a performance in Dallas and wrap up in Raleigh, NC on October 17. To date 45 city stops have been announced. Venues haven’t been confirmed yet.
Starting on May 15, tickets a majority of the concerts will be going on sale.
According to a recent press release, international concerts dates for Spain, Italy Switzerland, France, Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Scotland, England, Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Cost Rica, Guatemala and Mexico will be announced shortly.
All four musicians are featured on “Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam,” which is a sequel to “Camp Rock” from 2008. The new movie will premiere on the Disney Channel on September 3. The soundtrack will be released to stores on July 27. Through the run “Camp rock” co-stars from both movies will be making guest appearances.
Two songs on the new soundtrack were contributed by the Jonas Brothers- “Tear It Down” and “Heart and Soul,” along with a Nick Jonas solo (“Introducing Me”) as well as two singles performed by Lovato and Joe Jonas, a real life couple (“You Are My Favorite Song” and “I Wouldn’t Change a Thing”).
In a recent press release, Nick Jonas said we love to record and create new music inside the studio along with doing television. However the ultimate for us is to perform live music for our fans. Nothing compares to the crowd’s energy. This summer we can’t wait until we’re back out on the road with our “Camp Rock” friends and Demi. Together we will bring our fans shows they will never forget.
Last summer, the Jonas Brothers released “Lines, Vines and Trying Times,” their last studio set. The album debuted on Billboard’s 200 chart in the No. 1 spot and was on the chart for 27 weeks.
2010 Jonas Brothers Concert Tour
Kid Rock will be performing at the MTV Video Music Awards for 2008. The awards ceremony will air live on September 7 in Los Angeles from Paramount Pictures. Rock will be performing “All Summer Long,” his recent hit single from “Rock N Roll Jesus,” his latest album.
Also confirmed as performers for the show this year are the Jonas Brothers and Lil Wayne. Russell Brand, actor and comedian, will be hosting the show.
Reportedly, Britney Spears is negotiating to perform at the VMA’s 25th annual show. According to a recent press release, it will only air one time from its original incarnation.
