During its debut week “Hold It Against Me,” the new single from Britney Spears, annihilated Billboard’s Hot 100 Singles chart. She revealed on Twitter today the name of the set and its cover art. The title of the new album is “Femme Fatale.” Leading up to her announcement, Spears talked about all the hard work she has been putting into this project. Over the past 2 years I have poured my whole heart and soul in this album. Everything that I have, I put into it. This album’s for my fans, for all those who have supported me always and stuck with me each step along the way. Thank you. I love you.

“Femme Fatale” was described by Britney as being strong and sexy. Mysterious, yet dangerous. Confident but cool. The album is due out on March 15.
