The hip hop group Bone Thugs-N-Harmony was formed in Cleveland, Ohio in 1992. Members include Wish Bone, Krayzie Bone, Bizzy Bone and Flesh-n-Bone. In 1993 former N.W.A rapper Easy-E signed the group to Ruthless Records. Bone Thugs-N-Harmony released "Creepin ah Come Up," their debut EP that year. It spawned the hit song "Thuggish Ruggish Bone." It peaked in the No. 12 spot on Billboard's 200 chart.

Bone Thugs-N-Harmony released "E. 1999 Eternal," their second album, in 1995. It spawned the hits "East 1999" and "1st of the Month." The album eventually went 4x platinum and is the band's most successful album. In 1997 the group won A Grammy for "Tha Crossroads," a tribute for Easy-E, who had recently died. Their third album "The Art of War," was issued in 1997. "BNHResurrection," the band's 2000 album, reach platinum status in just a month.

In 2002 Bone Thugs-N-Harmony released "Thug World Order." It debuted in the No. 12 spot on Billboard's 200 chart. After releasing "Thug World Order" the band went on a hiatus. In 2006 they returned with the independent release of "Thug Stories," their sixth album. Then in 2007 they released "Strength & Loyalty." The album debuted in the No. 1 spot on iTunes and No. 2 on Billboard's 200 chart. The album contained guest appearances from Bow Wow, Twists, Akon, and Mariah Carey, among others.

In 2010 Bone Thugs-N-Harmony released "Uni-5: The World's Enemy via BTNH Worldwide, the group's own record label. Warner Bros. was the distributor. In April 2011 Wish Bone and Krayzie Bone left the group due to some internal conflicts within Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. However the two returned to the group in 2012. The group's most recent album: "The Art of War: World War III," is set to be released in May 2013.
