New Boyz will be providing opening support and backup muscle should any of the women Brown hits next time hits back.

Axl and company have chosen to bypass their American brethren for the great white north, staking a claim on a 13-date run in Canada. The frosty experience will get started in Winnipeg, Manitoba on January 13th and mush its way to Halifax, Nova Scotia on February 4th. The dates have been dubbed as the beginnings of the “Guns n’ Roses Chinese Democracy World Tour.”

Bon Jovi is going to be the first artist to appear over NBC Universal’s many brands in their unique partnership they are calling an Artist in Residence. According to the exclusive agreement, the performances, appearances, and music of Bon Jovi will be widely heard and seen across many of NBC Universal’s platforms and brands. The announcement came from Jeff Gaspin, who is the chairman for Universal Television Entertainment at NBC.

Garth Brooks has had enough of retirement already. The country icon is putting on the 10-gallon hat and strapping on the cowboy boots for 16 weeks of shows under the twinkling lights of Las Vegas. The Garth Brooks tour will be performing exclusively at the Wynn Las Vegas hotel and casino resort. The shows will take place over a four month run playing two to three shows per week.

Next month when she is the host of “Saturday Night Live” the stage will be all Taylor Swift’s- without any interruptions. There is only one question: who is going to play Kayne West’s role?

The Zac Brown Band will be holding a benefit show in late October for Georgia Theatre in Atlanta. Among the artists that are scheduled to appear at the benefit on October 30 are Shawn Mullins, Joey + Rory and Little Big Town. Proceeds from the benefit will go for rebuilding the Georgia Theatre, which has been decommissioned.

Entertainment Weekly has discovered that Fox is rubbing its grubby hands together at the thought of putting the cast of Glee out on the road. Fans of the show can’t seem to gobble up enough of the tracks on iTunes and the Glee soundtrack drops into stores on November 3. Its not a stretch to think this show might be road worthy.
